Children who qualify for CHP+

Who is eligible for CHP+?

Children must be age 18 and under, a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident for at least 5 years, and must not have any other health insurance.  The family’s income also must be within program limits.  A family of four can earn up to $3,767 per month ($45,204 a year) and still qualify.
 

*Some expenses such as childcare, medical costs, health insurance premiums and child support may be deducted from the gross income to qualify.
