Warm Health

Helping You Manage Your Health

Colorado Access Advantage wants you to be the healthiest you can be. It’s important to get treatment when you’re sick, but we think it’s even better to keep yourself healthy in the first place. That’s why Colorado Access Advantage is proud to offer our members free Warm Health calls. Warm Health calls are an easy, enjoyable way of getting information and tips on the things you can do to take care of yourself.

As a Colorado Access Advantage member, you may get a phone call from a person named “Mary Beth” or if you speak Spanish, “Lucy”. She will ask you simple questions to help you get the right health information for your needs. From then on, your important health tips will be tailored to you. For example, if you have a chronic condition, like diabetes, Mary Beth will give you a series of calls to help you manage it. At the end of each call, you will be asked some questions about your health. A Colorado Access Advantage care manager will follow up with you to help.

Here are some key points to remember about your Warm Health service:

  • Warm Health calls are free and can be very useful to you, but you can also tell us if you don’t want us to call you. Remember, your participation in this program is optional. If you would like to opt out of this program, please let us know by calling our customer service number toll free at 1-877-441-6032.
  • You are already signed up to get a Warm Health call, because you’re a Colorado Access Advantage member.
  • The Warm Health call you may receive has been previously recorded, so Mary Beth won’t be able to have a conversation with you.
  • The first time Mary Beth calls, she’ll ask you for the year you were born. It’s ok to tell her this information. She needs it to be sure that she’s really talking to you.

When you get that call from Mary Beth, please listen closely and answer her questions. It’s one of the best things you can do to stay well and keep healthy.
